Important Pricing Information:
1. Pricing is calculated per project (for example, if you order 5 single page letter size forms, per the pricing above they are $50 each).
2. Pricing includes electronic versions of the project (such as MS Word Doc, MS Publisher Doc, PDF if included in the order, PowerPoint Presentation, or other format) which will be delivered electronically in a secure manner.
3. Printed documents can be delivered at additional cost.
